  • 1 loaf French bread sliced in half lengthwise
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
  4. Top the bread with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
