Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Lay a tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half with shredded cheese, then add a layer of the beef mixture, diced tomato, and more cheese. Fold the tortilla over.
  6. Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
