Cheeseburger Quesadilla

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 Large flour tortillas
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in ketchup and mustard. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Lay a tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half with shredded cheese, then add a layer of the beef mixture, diced tomato, and more cheese. Fold the tortilla over.
Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.
