Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture.
Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
