Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture.
  5. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
