Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter cold and cubed
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Cold water
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add butter and rub in until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Stir in cheese. Add water a little at a time until dough forms.
Roll out dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into strips.
Place strips on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cool on a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
