Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Cold water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add butter and rub in until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Stir in cheese. Add water a little at a time until dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into strips.
  5. Place strips on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool on a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
