- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese cut into sticks
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- as needed Oil for Frying
1. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat each cheese stick in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry cheese sticks until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
