Quick and easy cheese quesadillas, perfect for a snack or a light meal.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix
- 1 tablespoon Butter Optional, for greasing the skillet
Heat a skillet over medium heat. If using, melt a bit of butter in the skillet.
Place a tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle an even layer of cheese over the tortilla, then top with another tortilla.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is starting to melt. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from skillet and cut into wedges. Serve hot.
