Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Optional, for greasing the skillet

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. If using, melt a bit of butter in the skillet.
  2. Place a tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle an even layer of cheese over the tortilla, then top with another tortilla.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is starting to melt. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from skillet and cut into wedges. Serve hot.
