- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Brush the melted butter over the puff pastry.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the buttered pastry.
Roll the pastry sheet tightly into a log.
Cut the log into ½ inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
