  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Brush the melted butter over the puff pastry.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the buttered pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry sheet tightly into a log.
  6. Cut the log into ½ inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
