  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the shredded cheese and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to a greased baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
