Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes sliced into rounds
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the potato rounds on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon on top of each potato round.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
