  • 12 fresh oysters shucked
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the shucked oysters on the grill. Spoon the butter mixture over each oyster.
  4. Grill for about 5 minutes or until the oysters are cooked through and the edges curl.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the oysters. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.
