Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh fish fillets (e.g., tilapia, sea bass) cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Red onion finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño finely chopped
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fish and lime juice. Make sure the fish is fully submerged in the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
  2. 2. After marinating, add the red onion, jalapeño, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or on its own as a refreshing appetizer.
