Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon on the soaked cedar plank.
Grill the salmon on the plank for about 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with minced garlic before serving.
