Cauliflower Rice Stir-Fry
A quick and healthy stir-fry using cauliflower rice, perfect for a low-carb meal.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower riced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, peas)
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce low-sodium
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions sliced
Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in riced cauliflower and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
