Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower riced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, peas)
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce low-sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in riced cauliflower and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
