Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower grated
- 2 pcs Eggs
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying
1. Grate the cauliflower and place it in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into small patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
