Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower grated
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the cauliflower and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
