Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower chopped into small florets
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add beaten eggs and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
3. Fold in the chopped cauliflower florets.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, flattening slightly with a spatula.
6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
