Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
