Carrot Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Carrots, grated
- ½ cup Raisins
- ¼ cup Chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Grate the carrots and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the raisins and chopped parsley to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
4. Pour the dressing over the carrot mixture and toss to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
