Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 large Onion quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season pork chunks with salt, cumin, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
  2. 2. Place seasoned pork in the pressure cooker. Add orange juice, chicken broth, onion, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
  4. 4. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  5. 5. Remove pork and shred with two forks. Optionally, spread shredded pork on a baking sheet and broil for a few minutes to crisp up the edges.
