Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

  4. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is well coated.
  5. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Remove the meat from the marinade and cook as desired.
