Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • ¼ cup Light Corn Syrup
  • ½ cup Butter unsalted
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Place popcorn in a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla extract. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Spread coated popcorn on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
