Caprese Sandwich Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably ciabatta or baguette
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 handful Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
1. Slice the bread and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Layer the tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves on one slice of bread.
3. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
4. Top with the other slice of bread.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
