Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
