  • 4 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 2 large Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
  2. 2. Arrange the slices of mozzarella and tomatoes on a serving platter, alternating between them.
  3. 3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
  4. 4. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
