- 2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Mini chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
