Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 cups Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 5 cups Onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Green Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Jalapeño Peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  3. 3. Ladle hot salsa into sterilized canning jars, leaving ½ inch headspace.
  4. 4. Wipe rims, apply lids, and process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove jars and let cool. Check seals before storing.
