- 1 lb Pecans
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Add water and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and stir until combined.
Add pecans to the mixture and stir until they are evenly coated.
Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until pecans are golden and crunchy.
Allow pecans to cool completely before serving or storing.
