- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup water
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, combine sugar, water, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Add walnuts to the skillet. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and coats the walnuts, about 5-7 minutes.
Spread the walnuts onto the prepared baking sheet. Let cool completely before serving.
