- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
Add the almonds to the bowl and stir until they are well coated with the sugar mixture.
Spread the almonds out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the almonds are golden and the sugar coating is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
