Canary Island Red Mojo Sauce
This is a traditional sauce from the Canary Islands, perfect for drizzling over potatoes, fish, or meat.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper roasted and peeled
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
