  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 2 cups Hash Browns
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over the campfire or stove.
  2. 2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, cook the hash browns until golden brown.
  4. 4. Push the hash browns to one side and scramble the eggs on the other side.
  5. 5. Mix everything together, add the cheese, and stir until melted.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
