Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice cooked and seasoned
  • 1 package nori sheets
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat shredded
  • 1 medium cucumber julienned
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay a bamboo mat on a flat surface and cover it with plastic wrap.
  2. 2. Place a nori sheet on the mat, shiny side down.
  3. 3. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. 4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rice.
  5. 5. Flip the nori sheet so the rice side is down.
  6. 6. Arrange cucumber, avocado, and crab meat along the bottom edge of the nori.
  7. 7. Drizzle with mayonnaise.
  8. 8. Roll the bamboo mat away from you, pressing gently to shape the roll.
  9. 9. Slice the roll into 8 pieces with a sharp knife.
