Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Calamari, cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomatoes, crushed (28 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the calamari rings to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the calamari is tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
