Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Add the calamari rings to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the calamari is tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
