Main Ingredients
- 500 g Calamari rings cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip the calamari rings into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the calamari rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
