Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat picked over for shells
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, Cajun seasoning, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, beaten egg, green onions, and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
