- 4 large Russet Potatoes cut into fries
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
