  • 4 large Russet Potatoes cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
