Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar salad with homemade dressing.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Croutons
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Slowly add olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
3. Stir in mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and remaining Parmesan cheese.
5. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
6. Serve immediately.
