- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 2 pcs Carrots sliced
- 1 pc Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
Add the carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the chopped cabbage and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
