Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned.
  3. Mix in tomato sauce, cooked rice, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the chopped cabbage, then the beef mixture, and top with remaining cabbage.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
