Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, flour, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Scoop about ¼ cup of the cabbage mixture and place it in the frying pan. Flatten it slightly to form a cake. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  4. 4. Cook each cake for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
