  • 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk

Instructions

  2. 2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well on medium speed.
  3. 3. Add the vanilla extract and cream, and beat on high speed until light and fluffy.
  4. 4. If the icing is too thick, add a little more cream. If it's too thin, add more powdered sugar.
