Butter Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, salt, and half of the spices. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add marinated chicken to the pan. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
4. Pour in tomato puree and remaining spices. Stir well and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Add heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
6. Serve hot with naan or rice.
