Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pack Phyllo Dough
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and place a portion of the beef mixture along one edge. Roll it up and place on a baking tray.
  4. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
