Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef ribeye, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup Pear, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and grated pear.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Mix well to ensure all the beef is coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
