Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 24 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wonton wrappers and seal the edges with a bit of water.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
