Buffalo Chicken Wontons

- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- ½ cup Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 24 pieces Wonton wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Fold the wonton wrappers and seal the edges with a bit of water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
