- ½ cup hot sauce like Frank's RedHot
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat
- ¼ teaspoon salt to taste
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
2. Whisk until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well combined.
3. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using. Toss with cooked chicken wings and serve.
