Buffalo Chicken Sushi Roll Recipe
A fusion of spicy buffalo chicken and traditional sushi roll.

- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ½ lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- Soy sauce for serving
Mix the cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar and let it cool.
Combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori.
Add a line of buffalo chicken, avocado slices, cucumber, and blue cheese.
Roll the sushi tightly using the mat.
Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
Serve with soy sauce.
