Buffalo Chicken Peppers Recipe

- 4 bell peppers halved and seeded
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 2 tablespoon green onions chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
Stuff each bell pepper half with the chicken mixture.
Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
