Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 8 oz Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  3. Spread the tortilla chips out on a baking sheet.
  4. Top the chips with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
