Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup Blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, buffalo sauce, blue cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce and a side of celery sticks.
