Buffalo Chicken Meatballs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup Blue cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, buffalo sauce, blue cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce and a side of celery sticks.
