Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add buffalo sauce and shredded chicken, stirring to combine.
  6. Mix in cooked macaroni until well coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
